Client Objectives
To design a kitchen that allows them to host family gatherings. They needed it to be an open concept, large island with storage and additional seating. A fully functional mudroom and laundry space, a custom bar and a master suite for just the two of them separate from all the other bedrooms.
Our Solution
We worked hard on the layout of these spaces. We wanted it to feel as though the new design was how it was always supposed to be. We not only designed beautiful spaces but functional as well. Where you move major trades and greatly affect the overall cost. As the design unfolded we wanted to help the client stay within budget and used our construction and design expertise to present a layout that worked functionally and financially.
Special Features
Removing a load bearing wall to create a custom open concept kitchen with gorgeous blue custom cabinets, high end quartz counters, large 36’’ range, and walk in pantry. A mudroom full of storage and character. A functional laundry room and moody, custom bar. The master suite included their walk-in closet, room filled with natural light and access to their patio, and custom bathroom with a spa-like walk-in shower.
