Traditional Feel With Unexpected Pops of Color.
Client Objectives
To remove the existing, unused desk area. Create as much storage as possible. They wanted the stove off the perimeter wall. The space needed to feel lighter and brighter. The original odd shaped peninsula made a weird pinch point in the space. They needed more seating within the space. They did not like the color of their original hardwood flooring.
Our Solution
To remove the peninsula, and create a larger island with seating We placed the range in the island with a proper downdraft system. We installed floor to ceiling cabinets and flanked the far wall with all cabinets, including an appliance garage. We refinished the hardwood flooring throughout the first floor.
Special Features
Large gas range with down draft & make up air system. Fully custom cabinets with decorative end panel, floating shelves and glass front upper cabinets. The exotic quartz counters on the island.
