A Seamless Addition to a Home in Hinckley
Client Objectives
The client had a growing active family. There was no place to drop the families every day items from school to sports to work, no inviting space to do laundry, or a convenient way to enter into the home. The client wanted this new space to tie in seamlessly with the existing, like it was always supposed to be there.
Our Solution
We created a new space that tied into the existing as though this new layout is how it was always supposed to be. The transition from the existing space to the new entry is amazing. We created a mudroom that has purpose and a laundry room that is bright and organized. The exterior is seamless; you can not tell where the old ends and the new begins.
Special Features
We matched the siding exactly, and tied in the collums & stone from the front entry. We used custom cabinetry, durable flooring in the high traffic area and finished the interior with stunning gold accents.
