Client Objectives
To create an open concept between the kitchen and dining room. To remove all beige and brown items from the home and replace them with newer, more modern materials. The client loves sleek, modern, and bright colors. The homes existing items were beige and dark woods, not the clients style. .
Our Solution
We demoed the whole house down to the studs, including the load bearing wall that separated the kitchen and the dining room. We updated all utilities, insulation and drywall. The designers worked with the client to help them select the materials to their modern taste, including the bright colors on the walls!
Special Features
Removal of a load bearing wall, updated custom kitchen with two tone cabinets, modern wood burning fireplace. The kitchen includes corner drawers, large electric cook top and stainless steel over sized sink. The master bath has its own modern free standing tub, and custom walk-in, tiled shower with separate hand held and back-lit mirrors over the two separate sinks..
