To create a forever home for their family that functioned around their needs. They wanted to be able to put their touch on the home, selecting from pre-planned layouts was not what they were looking for. They valued the HTZ design team as they collaborated together to create the perfect home.
Our Solution
We made sure to listen to the clients wants and needs. A great room with 30’ ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, created an open, inviting, well lit space for the family to gather. The great room is open to the kitchen creating an open space. There are enough bedrooms for everyone including a designated office and playroom. A mudroom and laundry room designed right by the garage entrance allows for a functional drop zone. The master suite is the perfect serene get away.

Custom kitchen cabinets with a large island, over sized appliances. 30’ ceilings in the great room with floor to ceilings windows and a custom stone fireplace. Wide planked LVP flooring throughout. Vaulted ceilings in the master bedroom that leads to the tranquil master bath and spacious walk in closet. Handmade tile in the walk in shower with dual shower heads. The gold finishes throughout just sparkle. The custom curved staircase is breathtaking as you enter in from the front door.
