To open up the dark closed off kitchen. To create a space for a large island and upgrade the appliances. To give them a large pantry and plenty of storage.
Our Solution
We removed several walls opening up the spaces on the first floor. We laid down hardwood flooring throughout the first floor, and tied it into the existing wood trim. We created a large island to maximize seating and created a spacious walk in pantry. The large, upgraded appliances and potfiller is a chef’s dream.
