From start to finish, HTZ has been a joy and blessing to work with! After meeting them at the Home and Garden Show and learning about their core values, we knew they were the company we would trust to design and renovate our kitchen. They have lived up to those core values every step of the way. Our designer, Lori, was exceptional! She asked us to share our dream, then helped us realize that dream, expertly guiding us through every element of the design. She helped us select high-quality products and finishes, while maintaining our budget. Our project manager, Mike, was spectacular! He worked through all of the details of the construction process, communicated with us efficiently and effectively, and went above and beyond to ensure that we loved every detail of our kitchen. When we encountered little bumps along the way, which is inevitable in just about any project, Mike ensured that the issues were resolved. We are reluctant to try to name every person we have worked with at HTZ because we are afraid of leaving someone out. However, each and every person has been highly relational, servant-hearted, and superior in their craft. We started this project by selecting a company that we knew we could trust, and finished it as friends. We absolutely love our new kitchen and are already dreaming of the next project we will ask HTZ to help us complete!
Client Objectives
To give the space a whole new look. The space was originally dated, dark and worn. They needed new appliances, more storage space and creative flare.
Our Solution
In order to help with cost we worked with the existing layout. We removed the desk area and created a space for their double wall oven. We took the cabinets up to the ceiling and maximized cabinet space throughout. The custom hood matched the wood tone island and the accent tile above the range drew your eyes in. We also incorporated the original trim within the new design. The warm wood tones in the new LVP flooring helped to coordinate the wood tones throughout the spaces. The custom kitchen cabinets allowed for corner cabinets, spice drawers, wine rack, and toe kick hidden drawers in the island.
