Open Concept Kitchen Remodel
Client Objectives
To create an open concept first floor with an updated kitchen and large island. They needed more light throughout and wanted it to feel light and bright.
Our Solution
We removed multiple load bearing walls. We installed a warm wood LVP throughout the first floor. With the space being open we were able to line the perimeter with cabinets and add a large island with a sink. The additional recessed lighting brightened up the space. To help with budget, we worked around the existing placement of the windows and designed a custom built in seat.
