Client Objectives
The existing walls had weird angels, creating a pinch point between the fridge and island. The two tiered island needed to go! This growing family needed a larger, more functional pantry, organization was key. Overall, the space was just not their style.
Our Solution
By reframing the load bearing wall we were able to create more usable square footage throughout. It also allowed for a larger island and solved the pinch point by the fridge. We designed a one tier large island with seating. The large range is a show stopper.
Special Features
Larger appliances, extended tile on the sink wall, and pop up outlet in the island. The custom dark green cabinets and floating shelves. The scones are a beautiful accent, and who does not love a hidden walk in pantry, corner drawers and appliance garage?
