Client Objectives
The client wanted the design to include natural materials throughout. The addition should blend well with the existing home. They wanted it to have a high end feel with modern amenities, but also feel traditional
Our Solution
Created a custom blend of stone for the first floor flooring and the stone work on both fireplaces. Soft muted colors were chosen. Cedar wood is the exterior of the project as pine is showcased in the interior of the second floor. The quartzite counter top in the kitchen and the railing on the second floor are back lit with LED lights, to cast a soft glow at night.
Special Features
Custom blend of innate stone on the fireplaces. Black accordion doors and windows. Pine on the fireplace wall and ceiling on the second floor, finished with a neutral stain. The exotic quartzite counters and railing are backlit with LED lights
