Client Objectives
The space was poorly laid out. What they really wanted was a large walk-in shower. They requested it to be easy to maintain and clean with lots of storage. With aging in place they wanted a bench in the shower. A double vanity would be fantastic, and additional storage was a must.
Our Solution
We reworked the space to accommodate a large walk in shower with two large niches and a built in bench. We used large formatted tiles to include fewer grout lines. A new, modern soak tub was installed with a large double vanity with additional shelf storage. The walk-in shower allowed for no shower door, making the space easier to clean and maintain.

Large, modern soaker tub and a grand walk-in shower with a built in bench and two large niches for ample storage. Teak wood on the floor made the space feel spa-like. The skylight provided ample natural light.
