MULTI PURPOSE LAUNDRY ROOM
Client Objectives
The client needed to move the laundry to the second floor, where it would improve upon her every day abilities. Natural light was very important as the space would be multi purposeful, it was also going to be a painting studio. The space needed to have room to allow for a wheel chair.
Our Solution
We designed a space large enough to accommodate all their wants & needs. The many windows allowed for natural light throughout the whole day. We created a proper perimeter of cabinets to allow for functional storage, organization and the ability to accommodate a wheel chair. The sink was multi functional, used for laundry and painting!
Special Features
Multi height counters, one space for sitting & painting, the other standard counter height for folding laundry. A dual purpose utility sink, storage for art supplies, laundry items and hidden laundry hampers. Custom hardwood flooring.
