Custom addition for a family in need
Client Objectives
To create a design that would allow the client the ability to access both the first and second floor using an elevator. To accommodate a butlers pantry, first floor powder room, large mudroom/pantry & a spacious 2nd floor laundry room with a place to paint. All spaces had to be wheelchair accessible.
Our Solution
We created functionality, by tying in the new space with the existing space seamlessly. By reimagining the current home and coming up with ideas that utilize the spaces for the clients exact needs. In every space we took into consideration aging in place and provided ample space to maneuver with a wheelchair, including the install of an elevator. This was their forever dream home, and it was our goal to keep the client in it!
Special Features
Elevator to access both floors without using stairs. Created walk ways and openings to allow for wheel chair accessibility. A gorgeous floating vanity and wall mounted faucet. A space that was well lit to provide a designated space to paint. Second floor laundry made every day tasks easier.
