Client Objectives
To create a large open space to host. They wanted tons of counter space and storage. They wanted the space to feel brighter. The master bath was dated and the client wanted a luxurious walk in shower.Double sinks were a must along with tons of space to store their personal items.
Our Solution
We removed several walls on the first floor, creating one large open space. It is great for hosting, but also feeling connected with the family no matter where you are in that space. All new large appliances and custom cabinets with quartz counters. Properly vented exhaust fan. The support post is beautifully wrapped, as your eyes are guided to the wall of windows. The master bath has a fully custom walk in shower with seamless wall panels that are easy to maintain. The shower converts to a steam room & has six body sprayers. The vanity is custom designed for the space to maximize the amount of storage space. The chrome finishes are timeless.

The kitchen has large, high-end appliances, pot filler over the stove, custom cabinets with decorative end panels. Luxury vinyl flooring throughout the first floor.The master bath’s custom walk in, digitally controlled steam shower, fully custom amish cabinets, and marble tile. The free standing claw tub is a statement piece.
